Friday, January 31, 2025

• Exhibitor registration and set-up: 6:00 – 7:30 am
• Universities Inter-institutional Meeting 7:30 am - 3:30 pm

Saturday, February 1, 2025

• Exhibits open: 7:00 am – 4:30 pm
  • Scheduled breaks with exhibitors: 10:00 – 11:00 am and 2:30 – 3:00 pm.
• Sponsor/exhibitor recognition during business meeting lunch: 1:00 pm
  • Each company is invited to make a brief introduction (less than 1 minute) in front of attendees at the beginning of the business meeting lunch. All exhibitor representatives are welcome to attend the luncheon.

Sunday, February 2, 2025

• Exhibits open: 8:00 am – 11:00 am
  • Scheduled break with exhibitors: 10:30 – 11:00 am
• Exhibitor tear-down: 11:00 am – 12:30 pm
