• Active Members (including Academic and Active Military): $175.00
• Academic Non-Periodontist Member: $175.00
• Student Members: No Annual Dues
• Non-Resident Members: $135.00
• Life Active Members: $125.00
• Life Non-Active, Retired or Honorary Members: No Annual Dues

*To pay 2024 dues, complete the renewal form here.

Life Non-Active, Retired or Honorary Members do not pay annual dues. 

Change of Membership Category

Student Members who have graduated from a training program should transfer to the appropriate category of membership at this time.

Note: Members residing outside the geographic boundaries of the Southwest Society of Periodontists may apply for NON-RESIDENT membership. The boundaries of the society include the states of Arkansas, Colorado, Louisiana, Nebraska, Oklahoma, and Texas.

Notice

All categories of dues are due on January 1st each year and are considered delinquent if unpaid on April 1st each year. After April 1st, a $50 penalty will be assessed to those members whose dues are still unpaid. Those members whose dues are unpaid on June 1st each year will be removed from membership in the Southwest Society of Periodontists. The date of payment will be determined by the date of the postmark.
