**This category is available only for the first meeting attended by a Potential New Active Member Periodontist who will be attending the meeting with a SWSP Member. Please note the name of the Active Member who invited you on the registration form.
***For Non-Sponsors/Exhibitors: This rate may only be used for one meeting per company for potential new sponsoring organizations.

Complimentary Sponsor Full Conference Registration: $0 (Number of complimentary registrations based on sponsor level)
Vendor Registration: $500 (for non-sponsors/exhibitors)

Cancellation Policy

Refund of registration fee is available if request is received in writing via email to [email protected] on or before July 2, 2022. No refunds after this date. No cancellations will be taken by phone. In the event of an emergency, cancellations will be reviewed by the board on a case by case basis.

Registrants who do not attend the Summer Meeting and/or do not contact SWSP via written correspondence during the set window as directed above will be responsible for the full attendee registration fee.

Substitution Policy

Substitutions may be processed prior to the meeting if request is received in writing via email to [email protected] prior to July 23, 2022. After July 23rd, any substitutions will be processed onsite.
