Learn about platelet rich fibrin from esteemed speaker Dr. Richard Miron, catch up with fellow members and discover new products and services to help advance your practice at the SWSP Winter Meeting. To accommodate all attendees, the 2021 Winter Meeting will be held both in-person and virtually.

For those who will attend in person, we want to ensure you know that precautions will be taken during the meeting to protect as much as possible the health and safety of all Winter Meeting attendees, including mask-wearing, physical distancing and alterations to meal service. While some adjustments have been made to the agenda, the meeting will provide a robust opportunity for education and networking.

For those who plan to attend remotely, Dr. Miron's Saturday lecture will be live-streamed and you'll have access to information pages for each of this year's sponsors and exhibitors. As Sunday will include a live demonstration with attendee participation, which does not lend itself to the virtual format, attendance on that day is limited to those in-person.

Registration fees are the same regardless of in-person or virtual attendance. Requests for the Early Registration rate after the deadline cannot be honored.

In-Person Vendor Registration: $500 (allowable for one meeting by potential new sponsoring or exhibiting organization; does not include exhibit table)

Virtual Attendees

Registration invoice must be paid in full prior to receiving access to the virtual event platform. A personalized link to access the platform will be shared by Monday, January 18, 2021. Should you decide to attend in-person instead of virtually, please send notification via email to [email protected] no later than January 15, 2021.

Cancellation Policy

Refund of registration fee is available if request is received in writing via email to [email protected] on or before January 4, 2021. No refunds after this date. No cancellations will be taken by phone. In the event of an emergency, cancellations will be reviewed by the board on a case by case basis.

Registrants who do not attend the Winter Meeting and/or do not contact SWSP via written correspondence during the set window as directed above will be responsible for the full attendee registration fee.

Substitution Policy

Substitutions may be processed prior to the meeting if request is received in writing via email to [email protected] prior to January 15, 2021. After January 15, 2021 any substitutions will be processed onsite.
