2020 Summer Meeting: Cancellation Notice

Dear SWSP Members,

The Board of Directors has carefully considered its options for the SWSP Summer Meeting and, due to many factors including the far reaching impact the COVID-19 pandemic has had in our communities, we have made the difficult decision to cancel the 2020 Summer Meeting. While we are disappointed the event will not continue this year, we are excited to return to the Hyatt Regency Hill Country Resort next summer.

For those registered for the meeting, we ask for your patience as we finalize details regarding the handling of registration and sponsorship fees. We will follow up within the next two weeks, if not sooner, regarding how these funds may either be applied to a future event or refunded in full. We are awaiting additional details from the hotel regarding the handling of room reservations and will follow up with instructions to Summer Meeting registrants in the coming days.

We hope you are staying safe and appreciate the hard work every one of our members is putting forth to ensure public health and safety during this challenging time. Thank you for your understanding and continued support of the Southwest Society of Periodontists. We look forward to brighter days ahead and the opportunity to network and learn together in 2021.
